Reassurance Solutions · ReassureAID
Naloxone access, built into the cell.
ReassureAID places a secured naloxone kit inside the housing area and notifies staff when the kit is accessed, supporting a more direct response workflow.
Designed to support facility response procedures. Follow medication labeling, training, and emergency protocols.
Access where it’s needed
Make naloxone more accessible in the housing area.
In a suspected opioid emergency, staff need to follow established emergency procedures and get appropriate medical help underway. ReassureAID is designed to keep naloxone in a secured, designated location inside the cell, while notifying staff when the housing is opened.
The system helps facilities organize access and awareness around the kit. It does not determine whether an overdose has occurred or replace staff assessment, training, emergency services, or clinical care.
- Secured housing for an in-cell naloxone kit

Frequently asked questions
About ReassureAID
What is ReassureAID?
ReassureAID is an in-cell naloxone access and notification solution for correctional facilities. The kit is kept in secured housing, and staff are notified when that housing is opened.
Does ReassureAID detect an overdose?
No. ReassureAID reports access to the kit housing. It does not assess a person or determine whether an overdose has occurred. Staff should follow facility emergency procedures and seek emergency medical help when needed.
Does ReassureAID require the XK300?
No. ReassureAID can be deployed as a standalone solution. Facilities may also choose to use it alongside other Reassurance Solutions products.
How does ReassureAID work with XK300?
The products have distinct functions. ReassureAID notifies staff when the naloxone kit housing is accessed. XK300 measures heart rate and respiratory rate and can provide notifications based on facility-configured thresholds. XK300 does not diagnose opioid overdose.
Who can access and use the kit?
Access, training, and use should be determined by facility policy and applicable requirements. Medication should be administered only in accordance with the product’s labeling, relevant training, and facility emergency protocols.
Does naloxone replace emergency medical care?
No. Naloxone is a temporary treatment for opioid overdose. Follow the medication instructions and facility protocol, and call 911 or seek emergency medical help immediately when overdose is suspected, even if naloxone is administered.

ReassureAID provides a kit access notification and is not an overdose detection or diagnostic system. Naloxone products, labeling, availability, and administration requirements may vary. Follow the instructions for the specific medication, facility policy, applicable law, staff training, and emergency medical guidance. Naloxone does not replace emergency medical care; call 911 or seek emergency medical help when overdose is suspected, even if naloxone is administered.
